Ian, my late husband was the first to spot this remarkable tree kangaroo at the Crater, a fleeting encounter that became unforgettable. My friend Pam, with her gift for seeing beauty through her lens, captured that precious moment in a photograph and generously gave me permission to bring it to life on canvas.As I paint, I find myself thinking about how nature quietly holds our memories.
